Getting in Contact

When first starting to find email addresses to contact the artists for copyright permission for their music, I found a website that lists email addresses, phone numbers and mailing addresses for the managers and publicists of the artists. I am currently unsure as to whether I should contact the manager or the publicists about the use of the artists music, but I will initially contact the manager. If this is not the correct person to email, I will then contact the publicist. This website is called http://bookingagentinfo.com/.
